MPC Co., Ltd. places its core focus on the real estate business in Japan, operating with a management philosophy that emphasizes stability, reliability, and the creation of sustainable value over the medium to long term.

Through my involvement in corporate support and business development in both Vietnam and Japan, I have gained extensive experience from both institutional and practical perspectives, which has reinforced the importance of sustainable business operations.
Leveraging this experience, MPC Co., Ltd. does not pursue short-term profits or speculative investments. Instead, we promote real estate projects that are carefully aligned with market viability, demand structures, and long-term growth potential.

Professional Background
As a bridge between Vietnam and Japan, I have accumulated many years of hands-on experience in business development, administrative procedures, and human resource-related fields across both countries.
My strengths lie in providing practical consulting services grounded in a deep understanding of legal and institutional frameworks, particularly in areas such as residency status (visa) and administrative procedures, foreign workforce support, and Vietnam–Japan investment and corporate collaboration.
I have been involved in a wide range of highly public and specialized roles, including:
Interpretation and support services for police institutions and bar associations
Project management for university-affiliated internship programs
Administrative and legal consulting at law offices
Currently, I manage and co-found multiple companies, including Chaman Group, while providing comprehensive support for Japanese companies expanding into Vietnam, as well as assisting in the establishment and operation of cross-border businesses between Japan and Vietnam.
I approach each client’s situation with sincerity and dedication, striving not only for short-term results but also to serve as a trusted partner over the medium to long term.
