Job Responsibilities

• Advise and introduce properties that match clients’ needs
• Assist clients with property viewings and contract signing procedures
• Provide services to Myanmar nationals living in Japan, other foreign residents, and Japanese clients
• Handle property sales and rental processes

Requirements

• No experience required (full training provided)
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or above
• Must hold a valid Visa (Residence Status) that allows work in Japan
• Motivated, responsible, and eager to grow personally and professionally
• Preference given to candidates with an Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services Visa

Working Hours & Location

• Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Days off: Wednesday, Sunday, and Japanese public holidays
